Keri Hatley came to DC several years ago, showed up at one of our Crosshairs Cycling cyclocross practices, fit in immediately, joined the team and got the CX bug.
She then left us for Colorado and eventually New Mexico, got mixed up in the world of powerlifting and began to geek out on nutrition to meet her goals in that new sport.
Keri now owns a nutrition coaching company Shred Science Nutrition and is doing amazing work with her clients. Getting them fit, lean, strong and powerful. From powerlifters to cyclists, her clients are all seeing the benefits of dialing in their nutrition.
You can learn more about Shred Science Nutrition by visiting www.shredsciencenutrition.com. Tell Keri you heard her on the podcast!

Adam Myerson checks in to chat about the recent USAC Summit meeting he attended as the at large member of the cyclocross committee ( I think I got that wrong in the intro.)
It's always great to chat with Adam and the conversation is both fun and informative. We talk about the ProCX calendar, national championships, recruitment vs development and much more.
