It's the offseason and we're starting it off with movie night. Danny Koniowski and Jorge Brito joined me in the basement for a break-down of the 2012 messenger action film, Premium Rush. At least that's how it started. Mostly, we had a great discussion about being a messenger and how it's changed over the years. With war stories from Richmond, DC and NYC. It's a little different but I think you'll dig it.

On episode 57 of Crosshairs Radio, David, Scott and Bill talk about Resolution Cup and the North Carolina Grand Prix in the U.S., two DVV races and the Namur Cyclocross World Cup. We also marvel at Mr. David Palan's new audio set up. Next week, we'll teach him where the gain adjust is located.
In addition, we answered some great listener mail and played your voicemail messages, too. Keep those coming in. We love to hear from you and the interaction is a great part of the show.

The UCI released updated rules for cyclocross this week and the They Don't Do That In Europe crew of Scott Dedenbach, Mr. David Palan and Bill Schieken take an hour to hash out all of the changes. We compiled questions, did research, conferred with experts (really!), explained away all controversy, and got it 100 percent right ... maybe 98 percent. If you want to follow along with the discussion, all of the rule changes and clarifications are available in an easy to read format, here: http://www.cxhairs.com/2016/06/14/uci-releases-updated-cyclocross-rules-and-regulations/.
